For the last 2 weeks I have been doing daily promotions on Facebook, and this is the last week of it. Watch out for these promotions of events in the community.

Sales:

The Taco House has deals all August! You can get a taco salad bowl or 2 tacos or 3 flautas for $10!

Events:

Great Lakes Farm is looking for local artisans, crafters, and other unique vendors for their first Christmas market. Find information on their Facebook and website. You must fill out this form by September 1st at the latest if you are interested in being a vendor.

On August 24th the Horton Farmer’s Market will be setting up a pet friendly photo booth to celebrate the season. Photos are by donation to the Animal Shelter Construction Fund. Look at the event details here.

The Music and Arts Festival this weekend was great – lots of vendors, music, art, and fun!
